What Makes a BIG Difference?


I didn’t get my workout in yesterday. I slept in, and my family wanted to go and do some things together so I put off my workout. 

By the end of the day yesterday I was in such a funk! 

It has been a great Thanksgiving weekend with my family, I couldn’t figure out WHY I would be in a funk, but I was. 

As I was going to bed last night it dawned on me…... I skipped my morning routine! I had not only skipped my workout, I had skipped my morning devotion time, my personal development time, my meditation time. 

I can’t believe I spent SO MANY YEARS feeling the way I felt yesterday! Living in a funk was my norm. I didn’t know any different. 

THIS is why I am so adamant about health and fitness and yelling it from the rooftops online!!! I think FAR TOO MANY people don’t realize how GOOD they can feel. But when you get in a routine of strengthening your mind, body, and spirit every single day – you KNOW it’s 100% worth it. 

So today, back to my routine, back to the small and simple steps forward. 

It doesn’t take much, but it really DOES make a BIG difference.
