Could have cleaned the basement, but I did T25 instead!

In the past I would have walked downstairs to workout, seen the dirty basement and stopped to clean that, and then complained “I don’t have time now because I gotta stick to my perfect schedule. So screw working out.”
Was perfectionism making me overweight? Maybe! Ha!! It sure killed some workouts!
