Every Saturday I make a meal plan for the upcoming week. It makes thing SO much easier and we are less likely to grab fast food or eat something unhealthy because THE SCHEDULE tells us just what to eat. Heat olive oil in large sauté pan.
Add garlic. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
Toss in greens and cook 1 more minute.
Add broth or water and salt and cover. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes until tender.
Uncover and cook 1 minute or more, depending on how tender you like your greens.
