Egg White Breakfast Sandwich


I had the most amazing egg white breakfast sandwich this morning! And since I am super kind and generous I thought I would share the recipe with you all.  :)

All you need is this:

1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1 whole wheat sandwich thin
2 slices turkey bacon
Sliced tomato
A handful of spinach leaves

Just scramble your egg and egg whites on the skillet and add in chopped spinach leaves. Pile cooked eggs onto the whole wheat sandwich thin and top with a tomato slice and turkey bacon.
Make sure you serve it on a SuperMan plate from Walmart and it might even taste better.  ;)

I think it took me TEN MINUTES TOTAL to pull everything out of the fridge and prep and cook the sandwich.  Easy and yummy!  The perfect breakfast for a mom on the go.
