You can too! Just cut up all your veggies. 🔪 Tomatoes. Bell peppers. Broccoli. Carrots. Cucumbers. Whatever veggies you like. And put equal portions in a Tupperware container. 

Each day for lunch just scoop out one cup of veggies and add to a bed of greens! 

It’s like a magic trick. 💫🎩
