DROP THE DONUT! IT ISN'T GOING TO FIX A THING!

Stressed?
Overwhelmed?  
Feeling overly emotional?  
Lots of things on your to-do list?  

Well, I think it's normal to feel that way from time to time. Life can't be all sunshine & rainbows.  ☀️🌈🤷🏻‍♀️

Now I'll admit, I'd love to control ALL THE THINGS, maybe then it COULD be all sunshine & rainbows 😉lol.  

Ain't possible though.  

What I can control is >>> ME.  

My response.  
My attitude. 
My mindset.  
My actions. 

WHAT I CAN CONTROL IS ME

Right now I'd kind of love to sit in front of the TV with a carton of raspberry filled jelly doughnuts.  🍩🍿🍫🍬 But heaven knows that sure ain't gonna help a thing!  

So Shaun Week sweat session it is.  💦💪🏼

I know when I work out and eat well, I am WAY more empowered to be in the mindset I want to be in. I think more clearly. I have more energy to handle tough situations. And I feel that rush of good happy endorphins.  

Win/win.  

Friend, trust me- whatever mountain you're facing, it's gonna feel MUCH more manageable if you sweat it out FIRST.  🤛🏼
