IT IS POSSIBLE TO CHANGE YOUR BELIEFS

Yesterday was a mental processing day for me. 

Through a good therapy conversation I realized there was a little bit of residue from past experiences that I had not yet forgiven MYSELF for, and fully RELEASED. 

It was such a moment of clarity to see there’s an area of my life I have been BLOCKING from growth, simply because I didn’t feel I deserved it! 💡

One thing I know is this……

Your beliefs ether fuel self sabotaging behaviors, or behaviors that bring success and happiness.

I strongly believe God LOVES us. He WANTS to bless us. But He can’t bless us against our will! And if we kind of secretly think we don’t DESERVE good things, we will subconsciously REJECT those good things. 

YOU MUST LEARN A NEW WAY TO THINK BEFORE YOU CAN MASTER A NEW WAY TO BE.

I believe that’s the CORE REASON of why I lived SUCH an unhealthy life for so long. At my core, I felt I was a bad person. I claimed over responsibility for abuse situations, and didn’t forgive myself for things that WERE my fault. There has been a lot of self hate I’ve had to work through and RELEASE.  🙏🏼

Working out and eating clean is where I STARTED on this journey. It’s the line I drew in the sand to say “Ya know, I THINK I DESERVE TO FEEL GOOD”. And it’s been a CATALYST for me to see there are SO MANY AREAS OF MY LIFE that CAN improve, and I deserve to see the BENEFITS that come from taking positive action steps FORWARD. 

I know this is deep. lol. But when I’m working with people in my challenge groups and on my team I feel more often than not, people hold themselves back because they don’t think they deserve good things. 

IT IS POSSIBLE TO CHANGE YOUR BELIEFS

I LOVE THIS BUSINESS and what I do because I see what I’m doing HELPS SOMEONE challenge CORE beliefs that are holding them back in ALLL AREAS of their life! 

Friend, hear me out…..

You DO deserve to feel good. You are a child of God! You are so loved!  🌺You deserve happiness and success and all things WONDERFUL. 

💪🏼 Workout.  
🥑 Eat clean.
☀️ Take care of yourself.  
📚 Read books that remind you of the TRUTH of your potential.  
📝 Journal & work thru therapy to release painful beliefs that are holding you back.
