1- GROUP ACCOUNTABILITY- I've locked arms with 50 other members in my 90 Days to Summer boot camp.
We started Monday and are counting down to summer! Sharing our goals, holding one another accountable, and working to be our best selves by summer. 🏖👙☀️ It helps me a TON to know I'm not alone on this journey and people are counting on me to check in!
2- BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS- Its a powerful thing to see PROOF that what you're doing WORKS if you stay the course!

So there you have it!
It's not that some people just have what it takes to make changes and everyone else is out of lock.
You just need to find those things that help YOU stay the course! Anything is possible though, and I firmly believe anyone can change.
