MY UPDATED NUTRITION PLAN

Do I want to lose weight at this point?

Not ashamed to say YES. 🙋🏻

❌Not for anybody's approval.
❌Not because I "need" to for self love.
❌Not because society says I should be this or that weight.

Because.... I know there's a weight range where I feel my best. A weight range where my body functions better not having to carrying around those extra pounds.

I started this journey for my own accountability. I've never claimed to be a fitness expert or nutrition expert. I just connect people to the top experts in the world. 😉

So I'll keep on sharing my journey; and right now that involves losing some elll bees. ✌🏼

It's a matter now of realizing a lot of the healthy foods I've been eating have been poison for MY body. Just tweaking my nutrition here and there to heal the Hashimoto hypothyroid element. 👌🏼

UPDATED NUTRITION PLAN FOR HASHIMOTOS

My nutrition plan includes .......

1- Ditch the soda habit I picked up. 

2- Strict gluten free. 

3- Mindful limits on sugar & dairy.

I'm logging a food journal with special attention to how foods make me feel. So far I thiiiiink eggs are gonna be okay for me so that makes me happy! 😉🙌🏼

Not where I want to be, but dang proud of myself for moving FORWARD!
