ONE OF MY REASONS WHY

Watching my little girl watch ME exercise this morning and I love that she's there. I love that she knows early morning this is where to find me. 🙇🏼‍♀️

THEY'RE WATCHING YOU, MOMMA!

She's one of my reasons WHY I do what I do. BUT for a lot of years, my kids were my EXCUSE. 

I blamed my kids for why I didn't workout, cuz kids take up a lot of time {and ENERGY} I felt there was very little time left over for me. So I played victim to motherhood cuz it was easier than owning my lack of discipline. 

Until..... my kids became my REASON to workout. 

CHILDREN ARE THE REASON NOT THE EXCUSE!

It hit me hard one day that my kids were going to turn out like me, following my example, whether I like it or not! 

<insert BIG motivation to CHANGE>

I started with exercise. Knowing if I could take control of my health it would be a POSITIVE snowball effect in my life, & it has. 

Just remember that friend when you're dreaming of a goal that's important to you. Whatever excuse you're holding onto- you have the power to flip it around! That VERY excuse can be your reason WHY you MUST do the hard thing. 

Find what inspires you. 🌈

Cuz you deserve to reach your goals. 🏆
