Trying to educate myself on this Hashimoto stuff...... without giving it tooooooo much attention.
My mind is more analytical by nature so I looooove research data.
But I also know if I let myself get consumed in Hashimoto research I'll spiral down to a doom & gloom mindset, & give away ALL my personal power to the research data.
I started down that slippery slope when I first got this diagnosis, no more. 🤚🏼❌
So I'm gathering a little info, gauging what resonates, and doing a lot of personal experimentation to see what works for ME.
Just call me the human experiment. 👩🏼🔬⚗️🔬📊💁🏼lol.
Current experiment? Bone broth with apple cider vinegar. 🥃
