THE NEWEST IN HOME WORKOUTS: CHALLENGE DU JOUR

I may be a planner, but I really value spontaneity, and the excitement that comes with switching things up and doing something DIFFERENT. 

I have committed to one program after another for awhile now. 

There's so much science and wisdom in how these programs are put together- it's been GREAT knowing I'm working with the best-of-the-best world class fitness trainers. 

BUT - I've decided- my fitness could use a little more variety. 

BEACHBODY ON DEMAND CHALLENGE DU JOUR

Enter- Challenge Du Jour. 🙅🏻

There's a different workout everyday, 

... different trainer everyday, 

... different STYLE of workout everyday. 

Still following a SYSTEM so you work different parts of your body and mix in the strength training, cardio, HIIT workouts, yoga, martial arts, and endurance training, etc- everything combined together in a systematic way. 

BUT- done with some variety. #thespiceoflife 

Annnnnnd I'm purposefully NOT seeking out the schedule ahead of time. 🙈

ACTION IS GREATER THAN WORDS

I gotta tell you - there was an element of Christmas excitement waking up this morning - "I wonder what the workout today will be?"

I simply log into my Beachbody On Demand app and see what is the workout of the day. I bought a 25 dollar Amazon Firestick for our old TV in the workout space and easy peasy just like that - I'm working out thru online streaming. 

Today the Challenge Du Jour workout is Insanity Live. Done with an instructor I have never worked out with before. 

28 minutes of hardcore cardio. 

WE ARE WHAT WE REPEATEDLY DO

It was glorious. 

And tomorrow's workout will be? 

I don't know! 

And I kind of like it that way. Lol.
