I know, I know, I can't shut up about it. 😎 I think it's just something that has been there for awhile, but I don't know WHY I haven't taken advantage of it?? 

There's a sort of excitement and anticipation each day that I've never really had before this. And boy oh boy and I feeling muscles I haven't exercised for a bit.

Today's workout was a Chalene Extreme Cardio workout. 💃🏼

I haven't done a Chalene Extreme workout in so long, it was so fun to switch it up! 

Just this week I've done a P90X3 leg workout. Yoga Studio Yin stretch, Cize dance routine, 21 Day Fix Upper Body workout. And an Insanity Live workout. 

Everyday a different program. 

Everyday a different style. 

I'm telling you it's the REVOLUTION in fitness! No where else can you get this kind of variety in your workout routine. It's blowing my mind!
