You should know ..... I'm not the best at push-ups. The reality is I'm on my knees modifying more times that not. And today's Insanity Max 30 workout felt like a LOT of push-ups so I was struggling.
I started modifying a LOT..... stopping to catch my breath.... hesitating to jump back in..... and this thought entered my mind----->
"The only way to get stronger is to do the things that are hard."
The thought brought me back to plank, squeezing every last bit of strength to do ONE MORE push-up, and then another, and another.
I want to be STRONG.
I want to get better and better.
So I get to embrace the HARD and not skirt around it.
