Wow... It's crazy to think just four years ago my love for health and fitness began.

HOW TO TRAVEL THE PATH OF CONSISTENCY.

I remember this time so clearly.

> I felt ALIVE, probably for the first time in my life.

> I was EXCITED about my future.

> I woke up each day with PASSION to do something meaningful.

> No more depression. No more despair. I was beginning to see myself differently.

The photo on the left is after completing my first round of P90X and then completing Insanity.

The photo on the right? Today. Pressing play on my Insanity Max 30 workout.

Have I lost some muscle definition this last year? Maybe. Or maybe it's just the lighting.

Either way, I know what I'm capable of; and I'm on the right path for progress.

And most of all???? I'm just grateful.

If you are persistent you will get it, if you are consistent you will keep it.

I'm really grateful this is my LIFE. I'm grateful I've stayed consistent with health & fitness for years now. Have I always been perfect? Nope. But I have never strayed far off track and I'm grateful for that.
