CHANGE IS POSSIBLE

I never in a million years anticipated that *I* < a chronically depressed college dropout who had never eaten health AND worked out simultaneously > would one day be a health and fitness coach running a business from home.

But a magical thing happens when you work out and eat healthy and actually DO feel good…… YOU WANT TO SHARE IT WITH THE WORLD!!

Judge me, mock me, unfriend me… I can handle it. But I CAN’T handle facing God one day knowing I didn’t pay it forward.

I have an OBLIGATION to all the moms out there who are living life like I was. I can’t sleep at night knowing people are living beneath their potential!!

LOOSE THE BABY WEIGHT ONCE AND FOR ALL, YOU CAN CHANGE!

I mean, what if someone hadn’t shared their health and fitness journey online with me? Would I still be that girl on the left? That photo was taken months after Phoebe was born. I didn’t struggle too badly losing the baby weight with each kid. But I was gaining weight throughout the years and getting questions of “are you pregnant?” when I wasn’t even pregnant. That’s REALLY NOT FUN if you’ve ever been in that situation. Even after losing baby weight I still was NOT where I wanted to be.

YOU DESERVE TO LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE

Luckily I watched a cousin sharing HER health and fitness journey on social media and I was inspired to train for a half marathon and count calories. I lost 20 lbs doing that. Then I saw another friend on social media doing P90X and I was inspired to do that program & drink Shakeology, and I lost an additional 35 lbs.

I’m proof people CAN change. So as I start a new week of Insanity Max 30 I’m here, shouting it from the rooftops, ——> YOU DESERVE TO LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE!!!!

Workout. Eat healthy foods. Strengthen your MIND. BELIEVE IN THE GOD GIVEN POTENTIAL WITHIN! And you might just blown your own mind seeing what you’re capable of. ;)
