CUTTING GLUTEN, SUGAR, MEAT, DAIRY & CAFFEINE | RECOMMENDED BOOKS

This week I've omitted from my diet; gluten, added sugar, meat, diary, caffeine & had little fruit.

Basically I'm eating a lot of veggies and healthy fats. And drinking alkaline water. 

By day TWO I was feeling much better. More energy. Mental clarity. No bloating. Crazy I noticed a difference that quickly! 

So I'm investigating more. I want to learn more about gluten. I have resisted this for awhile. I guess whenever I heard people going gluten free I thought they were just following a trend, saying they needed to be gluten free cuz that's what everyone else was doing. But the more I'm learning, I see how people can develop sensitivities, and even temporarily need to cut things out to balance adrenals and hormones and all that good stuff.

Funny to me how this all came to me by spirit though. God answering prayers and guiding me on what to cut out. I'm realizing the spirit told me to do exactly what books say to do when you have adrenal fatigue. Who knows the reason I wasn't feeling good, all I know is I'm feeling much better! 

So Wheat Belly is my new reading for now!
