Last week I read thru this book, The Energy Bus. L-O-V-E-D it.
I can relate to the main character in the book- George. He was a pessimist, pretty negative, and it was affecting all aspects of his life. And as he learned how to drown out the negativity with positive thoughts- his whole life changed. I feel I'm learning how to be positive, and like George, this new habit is changing my life.
One of the ideas shared in the book is a Thank You walk.
Obviously people have heard about gratitude lists. But this is taking it to the next level. The combination of being outside, being in movement walking around, and simultaneously flooding your mind with gratitude is a powerful combination!
In this novel type book, George was challenged to try it out. So I decided to put it to the test last week as well. And you guys...... So so powerful!!!!
It's officially now part of my "Morning Miracle" routine. <another book I would highly highly recommend>
Being outside this AM, surrounded by nature, headphones on, and gratitude flooding my thoughts...... Ahhhhhh; I feel super charged and energized, ready to embrace this fresh new month.
