FOLLOWING CHRIST'S EXAMPLE IN SERVICE
So here's a little recap of our Sunday lesson! We talked about following Christ's example in service.
We read John 13:1-7 and talked about Christ washing the feet of his disciples before the sacrament and how that was a service. We talked about things the kids could do to serve their family. And they were sent home with little tags to hide as they did service.
Read in Luke 23 about Christ's crucifixion and how on the cross He asked God to forgive the soldiers.
Talk about forgiveness and the power of forgiving others.
