I get asked often which personal development books I would recommend the most. I read a LOT, but I have to say one of the most impactful books I have read was The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson. It drilled into me this principle- that EVERYTHING I do really DOES make a difference.

Doesn't mean I have to beat myself up for every choice I make that isn't for my highest good.

No...... just think about the power of 51%.

Even if just FIFTY ONE percent of the time I am making the BEST choices for me, that's tipping the scale in my favor!

 If you just give 51% of the time to making the best choices that's tipping the scale in your favor!

It means I'm spending the majority of my time PROGRESSING.

But that 51% comes from the small and simple things added up. And with that - realize fifty TWO percent is putting you on a whole new playing field. ;)

It's like a game of seeing JUST HOW much you can improve. 😉😉

 Even if you can't physically see the results in front of you, every single effort is changing your body from the inside.

Just remember friend-

It's worth doing that workout you don't feel like doing!

It's worth drinking the super food shake and investing in good nutrition!

It's worth eating that salad and skipping the dessert!

Cuz every little bit adds up. ✌🏼📈
