It's just taken me awhile to accept that my "best" doesn't always look the same.
I missed too many workout days last week with a nasty head cold. If you see my Rudolph red nose - YES that would be my nose peeling from rubbing against a lot of tissues recently. 😁😂
Allergies mixed with a head cold makes me EXTRA cute these days. 😉💁🏼
Sooooo..... I'm starting fresh this week with my team. Over 200 of us are all working together and doing this program together! Strength in numbers right?
AND THIS ONE...
She's an amazing part of my team and I love her... but ... I was cursing her name this morning!
The knowledge that this girl would be knocking on my door just after 5 am FORCED me out of bed.
But ya know...
I'll spent the rest of my day praising Lanae's name in gratitude. 🙏🏼
Cuz waking up early is HARD for me.
But I always have a good day when I do.
The harder it is to do a workout, the better you feel after, right?
Two days a week of 5 am workouts.
That's my goal!
Remember girl, doing your best doesn't mean every single day you're best improves- it means doing your best each day with what that day brings.
Just keep moving forward.
