Life doesn't always go according to plans, eh?

The last week of 2015 and the first week of 2016 I was going back and forth to the hospital to be with my daughter.

My plan to start Hammer & Chisel on January 4th? It didn't happen. Sorry if that disappoints you. I did a total of four workouts while Phoebe was in the hospital and I'm proud I got those four workouts in. That was "my best".

But it's time to commit to ONE program! So Hammer & Chisel it is!

I just completed Day ONE. I took my before photos. And I'm envisioning my after. Hehe.

Anyone else committed to one program? If so, which one are you doing?
